Website analysis

Subscribing to the newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your e-mail address and your first name and surname (optional). We collect data for identification purposes so that we can contact and inform you about energy, energy savings opportunities and all other related topics.

When you enter your details into the registration form and click on 'Send', you are giving your consent for us to send you the newsletter. We will save your e-mail address and your first name and surname (if provided) in an e-mail marketing tool until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Feedback

When you visit the website, you can give feedback on an article. We store this information in a secure database on a secure server in Belgium. The data is then rendered anonymous.

Contact

When you send a contact request via the website, we store data for identification purposes, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number (optional). We collect this information to be able to provide you with an answer to your contact request.
